Shadow (シャドウ, Shadow) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and the fifth fighter from Sega after Sonic, Bayonetta, Joker, and Silver. He is set to be released in 2025.
Jason Griffith, who voiced Shadow starting in Sonic X and continuing until Sonic and the Black Knight, reprises his role as Shadow, using voice lines recycled from various Sonic games.
