Kamehameha / Bluff Kamehameha is Gogeta's neutral special move.
Overview
Gogeta begins charging a ki blast in his hand, and after a second, unleashes it as a beam while shouting "Kamehameha!" The beam reaches about 3/4ths of the way across Final Destination's platform, and upon firing it the beam extends to its full length almost immediately. The beam hits multiple times, and launches opponents at the end.
If the player presses the attack button while Gogeta is charging, he will immediately cancel the charge and instead fire a burst of confetti from his hands. The confetti has a very short reach, extending to just barely in front of Gogeta. In exchange for this lack of range, if the confetti makes contact with an opponent, they will be stunned as Gogeta quickly dashes behind them and delivers an elbow strike and a kick to their back while they're defenseless.
Bluff Kamehameha can also be turned around if the player holds the control stick in the opposite direction Gogeta is facing before he fires it.
