Rising Vortex is Gogeta's up special move.

Overview

Gogeta begins rising diagonally upwards while spinning, dragging any opponents that are nearby when the move starts upwards with him. Upon reaching the height of this move, Gogeta will perform an aerial kick straight forward, launching away any opponents that were caught in the move.
