Spider-Man (スパイダーマン, Spider-Man) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. He is the first representative of the Spider-Man franchise.

Josh Keaton, one of the former voice actors of Spider-Man in shows like The Spectacular Spider-Man and games like Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, reprises his role as the character via voice lines recycled from Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

Alternate costumes

Default	Based on the classic red and blue suit as seen in most Spider-Man media.
Black	Based on the Symbiote Suit's appearance in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3, released in 2007.
Blue/Red	Based on Spider-Man 2099, an alternate version of Spider-Man from the distant future.
Orange/Purple	Based on Spider-Man's appearance from the "Everybody Gets One" scene from Family Guy.
Yellow/Green	Based on Earth-2902 Superior Spider-Man, an alternate version of Superior Spider-Man.
Red/Black	Based on the Upgraded Suit from Spider-Man Far From Home, released in 2019.
Symbiote	Based on the classic Symbiote Suit, a strange alien costume first introduced in the comic Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #8.
Future Foundation	Based on the Future Foundation Suit, a technologically advanced suit given to Spider-Man by the Future Foundation, formerly known as the Fantastic 4.
