Tornado Liner is Ichiban's side special move.
Overview
Ichiban dashes forward while spinning his bat in his hand, with both him and the bat covered in blue energy the whole time. At the end of the move, Ichiban swings his bat in front of him twice, with the second hit launching opponents away. By default, this move does not move Ichiban forward very much, but the player can hold the special button to make Ichiban continuing running for an additional few seconds. At its max duration, this move causes Ichiban to run about 3/4ths of the way across Final Destination.

Origin
Tornado Liner is a move learned by Ichiban's unique Hero class in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth at level 15. It targets a single enemy, but can damage all enemies in a line between Ichiban and the target. The farther away the enemy is, the more damage the attack deals when it connects with its target, which is reflected in Ultimate via being able to extend how long Ichiban runs before swinging his bat.
